Spa Etiquette

Spa Reservations:
It is highly recommended that you reserve your appointments at least two to three weeks prior to your desired date.  Space is limited. 

Cancellation Policy:
We request that all guests using the GrapeSeed Spa extend a six-hour cancellation notice.  If less than a six-hour notice is given, a full service charge will be posted to the credit card number recorded at the time of booking.  We strictly enforce this policy.

- 84 Degree Saline Pool
- Multiple Salt Water Jacuzzis
- Steam Rooms
- Dry Saunas
- Fitness Center
- Tranquility Lounge
- Complimentary Glass of Wine after Service
*Spa day passes are not readily available due to the spa's high occupancy; however these spa facilities are included for your enjoyment with a spa service of $75 or more. 

Attire:
Provided at the GrapeSeed Spa will be a robe and sandals.  Make sure to bring a bathing suit to lay poolside or purchase one from our boutique's diverse selection.  The lock facility is a clothing optional area.  During a massage, feel free to dress down to your own comfort level.

Age Limit:
You must be 18 years of age and up to utilize the locker facility and to get a spa service.  If an individual is under the age of 18 and receiving a massage, this guest will have to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian in the same massage room and receive the service by a same sex therapist.
