I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the outstanding South Coast events staff for making our experience with Rotary Taste of the World a beautiful night to remember!

From you and the event coordinators, to Angel the banquet manager, Mayte the banquet captain, and the friendly event staff... every single person we dealt with was a pleasure. I think I actually felt "pampered" while managing a 400-person event! You, Angel and Mayte were always checking in with me to see if there was anything I needed and to ensure that things were going smoothly. 

When we decided last minute to add more auction tables, the staff did so without complaint. When we realized about 45 minutes after doors opened that we had forgotten to put waters on the tables, Mayte said no problem and got the staff working on it right away. The staff was remarkably efficient, personable and polite all evening.

This was our 3rd annual Rotary Taste of the World event, and our  first time at South Coast. It was far and above our best experience with a venue. Our guests literally raved about the set-up. Being able to utilize both the scenic outdoor patio and the elegant ballroom was a perfect combination. Everyone simply loved it.

Thank you so much for all of your work to coordinate this massive community event. As a sponsor and supporter, South Coast helped the Rotary Club of Temecula raise nearly $40,000 for local service projects and humanitarian efforts abroad.

TVCC member Jeannie Openshaw was the lucky winner of the Couples Weekend Staycation with the Shop Temecula First promotion in December. She then turned it in to the wedding of her dreams at the South Coast Winery Resort. 
The scratch off ticket gave her a 3 day Staycation that included two night accommodations in a beautiful villa, a romantic dinner for two at the Vineyard Rose restaurant and a couples massage at the Grapeseed Spa at the South Coast Winery Resort in Temecula.  Jeannie was in the midst of planning her wedding to William Wright in December, so she decided to plan the wedding around the South Coast Staycation. 
The wedding was held on Friday evening, April 16th as the sun set on a warm spring evening in Temecula.  A small group of family and friends gathered in the spacious villa and the ceremony was held in the back patio overlooking the vineyards.  A reception dinner was held in the semi-private dining room at the Vineyard Rose restaurant with lots of South Coast wines on hand.
The next day Jeannie and Bill enjoyed a couples massage at the Grapeseed Spa followed by an intimate dinner for two at the Vineyard Rose restaurant.  Jeannie Openshaw Wright can’t thank the TVCC chamber, Shop Temecula First and South Coast Winery Resort enough for making the wedding of her dreams come true.

The best way to describe our day at South Coast is perfection.  We have no complaints.  The food, the wine, the hospitality and the attention to detail were flawless.  We are blessed to say that so many of our guests said 'it was the most beautiful wedding' they have ever been to.  Michelle and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, a more perfect location or a more perfect wedding planner!  We had the time of our lives.  If we could do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing.

Thank you so much for a wonderful event this weekend for my group. Everything went very smoothly and all of our guests were very impressed with the resort and the level of service we received. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were luxuriously appointed, meals were outstanding and the conference room areas were also nice. Most importantly, all of the staff members we came into contact with were very gracious and ready to help whenever needed. It has been an absolute pleasure working with both of you. I'm sure South Coast Winery Resort and Spa will receive lots of referrals due to the success of our event. Thank you again.

Better late than never... Thank you very much for setting up the tour of the Winery for my friends and I the day of our Christmas event at South Coast. We had a great time. Our firm Christmas party was the best party we have had in the 15 years of our existence.
