Join us at the GrapeSeed Spa Boutique for a book signing event welcoming author, Foroogh Abinema. She will be promoting her book, “Meet the New You” – A Three-Week Plan to Sustainable Health & Happiness including over 30 vegan recipes. In this book, the author shares her personal journey of empowerment and lessons gifted by her father. Foroogh offers a unique fusion of Eastern and Western cultural insights that equip readers to overcome physical, emotional, and mental challenges. This three-week health plan was carefully crafted to allow for simple and attainable lifestyle changes by incorporating delicious and easy plant-rich foods. The author equips her readers with vegan and gluten-free recipes, enabling one’s body to reboot and encourages to embrace the healing power of your body, and conquer simple food choices, emotions, and gratitude.
