Get ready to experience this intimate dinner and the true art of food and wine pairings as each course is meticulously crafted and thoughtfully matched. Enjoy dishes such as Lobster Ravioli paired with our newest vintage of Reference Chardonnay, or indulge in a Matcha Flanna Cotta featuring strawberry, rhubarb, coconut, seasonal fruit caviar and miso caramel paired with the delicate sweetness of our Late Harvest Gewürztraminer.
