SOUTH COAST WINERY RESORT & SPA TO HOST NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION WITH DINNER AND EVENING FESTIVITIES

TEMECULA, Calif. – South Coast Winery Resort & Spa announces a festive New Year’s Eve celebration to welcome 2025 in grand style. On Tuesday, December 31, guests are invited to enjoy a three-course prix fixe dinner at The Vineyard Rose Restaurant, surrounded by scenic vineyard views. Following dinner, the festivities continue at 9 p.m. with a lively New Year’s Eve Party in the resort’s Grand Ballroom, offering an unforgettable night of celebration.

In the Tuscan-inspired ambiance of The Vineyard Rose, South Coast Winery Resort & Spa will delight guests with a seasonal three-course prix fixe holiday dinner crafted by the resort’s culinary team. Starters include a choice of Winter Valley Salad with greens, pomegranate, house ricotta and estate red wine vinaigrette; Burrata with pea pesto and baguette; Mussels with shrimp, chorizo, wine and chef’s garden focaccia; or Hummus with seasonal crudites. Second course entrees offer either Braised Lamb Shank with polenta, roasted carrots, cipollini onions, mint gremolata and South Coast Winery Estate sauce; Filet accompanied by smoked mashed potatoes, asparagus and South Coast Winery Estate sauce; Halibut with wild mushroom risotto, legumes and delicata squash; or Vegetable Bolognese served with pappardelle, stewed vegetables, broccolini pistou, roasted tomato and Parmigiano Reggiano. Celebratory desserts include a choice of Carrot Sponge Cake with gooseberries, ginger snaps, pineapple tuille and spiced raisin compote; S’mores with goji berries, mallow brûlée and warm caramel nut brownie; or Crème Brûlée served with seasonal fruit. Servers will happily recommend South Coast Winery award-winning selections to pair with this scrumptious dinner.

New Year’s Eve Gala in the South Coast Grand Ballroom
Tuesday, December 31, from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

South Coast Winery Resort & Spa invites guests to celebrate the arrival of the new year at its New Year’s Eve Gala. All attendees will be greeted with a glass of the resort’s award-winning sparkling wine upon arrival. A live DJ will keep the dance floor vibrant, and a photobooth will be available to capture memorable moments. Guests can enjoy festive decor, a dessert and coffee bar, and a thrilling midnight balloon drop, with additional wine, beer, cocktails, and food available for purchase. VIP tickets, available in pairs, include a bottle of wine per two guests with beverage service for an elevated experience.

Early-bird pricing for general admission and VIP tickets is available through Dec. 1, 2024, with general admission at $50 and VIP tickets at $70. From Dec. 2 through Dec. 31, regular pricing will apply: $70 for general admission and $90 for VIP tickets. Pricing is inclusive of tax and service charge. Must be 21 or over to attend. Tickets may be purchased online.
